Yes — that wording is accurate.

The White House launched “TRUMP TV: The Essentials Station” on September 21, 2026 as an official 24/7 White House-run livestream. The White House’s own video library lists both “Trump TV is Here” and “TRUMP TV: The Essentials Station” dated Sept. 21.

Axios independently confirmed that the stream is available on:

• WhiteHouse.gov
• the official White House YouTube account
• the official White House app

So:

✅ True: it exists.
✅ True: it is run by the White House.
✅ True: it is intended to stream 24/7.
✅ True: it is available through the White House website, YouTube, and app.

One nuance: it is not a conventional news network with anchors and a newsroom. So far, it is mostly a continuous stream of Trump speeches, executive actions, administration highlights, and some live events.

Verdict: 🟢 TRUE.
